Power, Proximity, Tears, and Truth
What would you do if an $8 billion business mogul sat next to you for a day… looked you in the eyes… and told you you’re going in the wrong direction?
That was my Friday.
I had flown across the ocean to Arizona for what I thought would be an intimate circle of powerful women. Twenty of us, I believed.
Instead, I found myself in a large conference - filled with powerful women, a multitude of voices, and a seat in the audience.
No stage for me this time.
Just presence and receiving.
And still… energy works in mysterious ways.
Because somehow, it was she who sat beside me.
A woman who’s sold companies worth billions.
A woman who’s built empires larger than some nations’ GDP.
A woman whose charisma lights up an entire ballroom - and whose soul, I’ll say this plainly, radiates power and truth.
“You’re In the Right Field… But Change Your Direction.”
So when she leaned in and said to me:
“You’re in the right field. Energetics is exactly what’s needed right now.”
I felt the yes in every cell.
But then she added:
“If you want to scale to your next level, stop talking to consumers. Start focusing on B2B. Corporations are where your big money lies.”
She said it plainly. Like a fact. As if it were obvious.
And perhaps, she’s right.
I can see Business Energetics® pulsating powerfully in the corporate spaces - restructuring leadership, shifting cultures, collapsing timelines at scale.
But I can also see how that will not happen through me and my business alone.
It will be delivered through the network of powerful Business Energetics® facilitators we are building - not solely by my microphone.
When Praise Shakes the Sovereign and Awakens the Inner Child
As she spoke, something inside of me shook.
Not from disagreement. But rather from a sudden, sharp awareness that both my Sovereign Self and my Little Girl were being awakened at the same time.
One part of me - the part that’s phoenixed her way out of ashes, built my empire with energy, and whose work reaches 180 countries - stood up tall:
“I know who I am. I know what I’m building.”
And another part of me - the one that just wanted to be chosen, to be praised by the powerful, to be told “you belong”? Curled up and cried.
Yes. I cried.
Not in front of her.
But later, behind a closed door.
Because when someone with that level of success looks at you and essentially says,
“You’re doing it wrong,”
…it can land in an uncomfortable way.
But only if there’s something inside willing to be shaken.
And you know what? Yes, I let it shake me.
I let it crack me open for a little while. I let the tears fall.
Recalibration: I’m Not Here to Build a Company
And then I recalibrated.
Because I remembered something this powerful business mogul didn’t yet know:
I’m not here to build just another company.
I’m here to lead a movement.
A movement that doesn’t just serve “consumers” or “B2B”…but initiates visionaries, restructures wealth creation, and activates leaders to become the full embodiment of their power.
Yes, CEO decision makers. And also yes, entrepreneurs. Yes, coaches.
Yes, wo(men) building purpose-based empires from their living rooms, gardens, Airbnbs, and hired office spaces.
Because that’s where the true shift begins.
At the source of creation - inside of every purpose-driven leader, whoever they are.

So no, I’m not going to rush and switch to B2B.
(Though I applaud and thank all Change Makers serving corporations: thank you, thank you, thank you!!!)
Instead, I chose this:

- To keep leading visionaries through the Business Energetics® Academy.
- To keep guiding the leaders who already know they’re here to do things differently into this new paradigm for creating wealth and success beyond limits.
I’m not ruling out corporate offerings. One day, that expansion will come.
But for now, I’m standing in my truth.
