Logician vs Magician: The 9 Business Areas Where You’re Either Repeating the Past… or Rewriting the Future

by | Apr 17, 2026

If you've been trying to grow your business and impact, but no matter what you try, it's not really happening…

If you keep doing "the things," trying new strategies, tweaking, adjusting, learning and yet somehow still keep meeting the same ceiling…

This is for you.

Read on or watch the YouTube video here to bask in the energy.

Because one of the most important distinctions when it comes to growing your business with soul and growing it limitlessly, is this:

Are you building from reactive consciousness… or creative consciousness?

Or as I lovingly call it:

Your Logician vs your Magician.

These two inner archetypes affect everything.

How easy or difficult it feels to grow. How aligned your clients are. How much profit you make. How much life force your business gives you or drains from you.

One repeats the past. The other rewrites the future.

And once you see where you are operating from, you can change everything.

First, a story:

Let me show you what this looks like in real life.

One of my clients, let's call her Nina, came to me when her business was sitting at around £5K a month.

She had past sales experience, she wasn't lazy, she wasn't unclear on the fact that she wanted more, she wanted to scale to seven figures and beyond, and yet… whatever she tried, she kept hitting the same ceiling.

When she first entered Business Energetics® Academy, I would love to tell you everything shifted overnight.

It didn't.

In fact, for her first few months, she had zero revenue, and yes, on the surface that sounds awful but in her case, it was sacred. Because those zero months forced a deeper alchemy.

She had been hiding aspects of her business from her husband, she was moving in that "I'm a strong woman, I don't need help" pattern. Her nervous system was tight, defended, overholding. So the zero months cracked something open. They led to honesty, support, and a major relationship breakthrough.

Her nervous system relaxed and when it relaxed, it opened to receive.

But the deeper shift was this:

She was still heavily operating from reactive consciousness.

Meaning, she kept looking outside:

What works? What should I do? How is she doing it? What are they selling? What do clients want?

She even launched something new, except that "new" was actually a copy of what I was doing. Later she said to me, "Yes, Lenka… I copied what you were doing because I thought if it works for you, surely it will work for me."

It didn't.

That's reactive consciousness.

Then one day she saw it.

She realized:

"I'm not creating from what I truly want to bring into the world. I'm creating from what I think should work."

So she asked herself a different question:

If I forget whether something will work or succeed… how do I actually want to serve?

The answer came immediately: Retreats.

She launched one, and in the next few weeks, she sold out her first retreat and went into one of many £50K months.

That's what happens when you move from reactive consciousness to creative consciousness.

Business built from reaction repeats what already exists.

Business built from creation opens a future that did not exist before you claimed it.

And that is the shift I want for you.

The 9 Business Areas Where Logician or Magician Is Running the Show

1. Desire, intentions, and branding

Everything begins here.

Not with strategy, not with content, with desire, but even desire can come from two very different places.

Your logician asks:What does the world want from me? What should I create? What would make sense? What is respected? What would make me look successful?

Your magician asks:What do I truly desire? How do I actually want to make a difference? What is mine to create? What would I choose if anything was possible now?

This matters more than people realize.

For years, I told myself I wanted to go to university, that I would do a degree "one day" but when I looked deeper, it wasn't really my desire. It was reactive desire. It came from wanting to prove something, to show I was good enough, to satisfy an old internal need.

That happens in business all the time.

People build brands, offers, even long-term goals based on: what they think sounds good what others are doing what the industry rewards what they believe they should want

But the basis of limitless success is authentic desire.

So ask yourself honestly:

Is this truly mine? Or is this what the world wants from me?

That question alone can change a business.

2. Product creation and invention

You can build in two ways.

You can find a market gap and try to fill it. You can create something from within so true, so alive, so aligned, that it creates its own demand.

The first is reactive. The second is creative.

Logician asks:What are people asking for? What gap can I fill? What format already works?

Magician asks:How would I love to make a difference? What legacy wants to come through me? What has not yet been created but wants to exist?

Think of Steve Jobs, nobody asked for the iPad. He didn't wait for permission; he didn't run a focus group and wait to be told what the world wanted; he created from within.

That is magician consciousness.

And yes, you have access to that same frequency.

3. Strategic decisions

Every business asks for constant decisions.

Do I continue this? Do I stop this? Do I launch this? Do I pivot? Do I simplify? Do I expand?

Logician makes decisions based on the past:What worked before? What's safest? What did I already prove? What's familiar?

Magician makes decisions based on resonance:What would I love now? What is aligned now? What is the next alive thing?

This is especially important when it comes to offers that still "work."

Because many entrepreneurs hold onto products or services long after they stop being fully aligned, simply because they still sell, but if you're no longer in love with it, if it no longer matches who you are becoming, then it is no longer the highest expression of your work.

Let go of good to welcome great.

That takes bravery and the reward is limitless.

4. Pricing

This one is huge.

Logician prices from fear.

It asks: What can people afford? What can I charge so they'll buy? What price keeps me safe?

Magician prices from truth and value.

It asks: What investment will help my ideal client truly value this? What number supports full commitment and surrender to the process? What price generously rewards me and my business?

This is a very different frequency.

❌ Pricing is not only arithmetic. Pricing is perception. Pricing is energetic positioning. Pricing is devotion.

And yes, when you price like a magician, it serves everyone involved.

5. Content creation

Logician creates content to be liked. What will get clicks? What will go viral? What will they agree with? What do I need to say so people validate me?

Magician creates content from inner authority.

She connects with the highest version of herself and asks: What wants to be said today? What truth wants to move through me? How would I love to serve today? What would make the deepest impact?

One content strategy is built for approval. The other is built for transformation.

And yes, your audience can feel the difference.

6. Selling

This is one of the clearest places where the split shows up.

Logician sells to please.

She says what the client wants to hear, she softens truth, she avoids discomfort, she holds back what she really sees because she doesn't want to scare them away.

Magician sells to impact.

She says what needs to be said. She reflects the truth. She invites the client higher. She treats the sales conversation itself as sacred leadership.

I've seen this change everything for clients.

One woman I worked with had plenty of leads and lots of sales conversations but low conversion.

Why?

Because during sales, she became marshmallow.

Soft. Pleasing. Careful.

Yet in her actual coaching, she was powerful, direct, life-changing.

So I helped her see it: She was selling as a logician and coaching as a magician.

Once she brought her real truth-telling energy into the sales conversation, everything shifted because you are not here to please people into paying. You are here to make the biggest impact.

7. Delivery

This one matters deeply.

You can deliver your work from reactive consciousness or from creative consciousness.

Reactive delivery asks:What do clients want from me? How do I make them happy? How much more can I give? How do I prove my value?

That often leads to overgiving, blurred boundaries, resentment, and exhaustion.

I've lived this.

In the earlier days of the Business Energetics® Academy, my group coaching calls would sometimes go for three hours. I gave and gave and gave. Clients loved it, I got praised, and I felt needed.

But I was draining myself. And underneath it, I was feeding self-worth through overgiving.

That is not healthy service.

Then I learned to ask a different question: How would I love to serve in a way that gives me energy rather than drains me?

That shifted everything.

And here is one of the most powerful principles I can give you: What is right for me is right for everyone.

Not what is easiest, what is right.

When you serve from creative consciousness, you don't give maximum; you give your best.

And that creates a deeper impact for everyone.

8. Timelines and launching

Logician asks:What are the best buying months? What season converts best? When are people most active? What does the market say?

Magician asks:When is the energy most potent? When am I most lit up? When is my team most alive? When is the field ready?

Yes, you can make any month the most profitable month, any season, any week.

The timeline itself becomes part of the energetic architecture.

So instead of following generic trends, learn to feel for potency.

That is magician timing.

9. Team and hiring

Finally: hiring.

Logician hires from need. This isn't working. I'm bad at this. I need someone to fix it.

That sounds practical, but it often outsources chaos.

Magician hires from overflow. What kind of genius belongs in this vision? What support expands this movement? Who feels aligned with the scale we are creating? What am I calling in from the frequency of abundance?

This matters.

Because if you hire from "help me fix my mess," you multiply the energy of lack; if you hire from overflow and vision, you multiply expansion.

So… where are you still building from logician?

This is the real question.

Because the logician is not "bad." It's simply limited, it knows only what already exists, and it can only repeat, refine, imitate, optimize.

The magician creates what did not yet exist before she decided.

That is what the future needs. That is what your business needs. That is what your soul-led growth needs.

So look honestly.

Which of these nine areas still carry more logician than magician in you?

Desire and branding Product creation Strategic decisions Pricing Content Selling Delivery Timelines Hiring

Where are you repeating the past?

And where are you finally ready to rewrite the future?

Because that is the shift.

And when you are ready to do the full embodiment work of this, not just understand it, but live it through every vein of your business, that's the work we begin inside Limitless Creator in Business Energetics® Academy.

That's where the magician becomes your way of operating.

And from there?

The business changes. The life changes. The field responds.
